Voices literary magazine’s annual poetry contest is open for submissions. Poems entered should be creative; use lively action verbs, imagery, and figurative language; and be school appropriate.

First place will receive a $50 cash prize, and select runner-ups will receive gift cards to local businesses.

Poems submitted may be printed in the annual Voices publication in the spring.

Contest entries must be submitted to Room 205 by Nov. 30.
