On September 22nd, Peggy Payne students are taking a private tour of the ASU Barrett college campus. The tour is being guided by the Director of Recruitment, Michelle Hollin.

The annual field trip is expected to go from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm, starting with a 75 minute presentation for the Peggy Payne students attending the trip. Afterwards, students will be guided on a tour throughout the campus as well as meeting Barrett students in person in order to decide whether or not they want to apply there.

The presentation will cover campus facilities like special dorms, a gym, and studying areas specifically reserved for Barrett students.

Students on the trip can either bring their own lunch or choose from any of the offered services at the Barrett campus.

“12 dollars can get you an all you can eat buffet, or you can choose from any of the local restaurants on campus” Peggy Payne councilor Laura Zinke said.

Although Barrett is a school inside a school just like the Peggy Payne, there is a Barrett campus at every ASU campus so that students are never left out or are unable to attend the campus of their choice as well as Barrett.

The goal of Barrett is to give incoming students to be a part of a community made of motivated individuals like themselves, as well as giving them the access to the facilities of a much larger campus. With students from all over the world coming to Barrett, it is quite the prestigious community to be in.
