Winter sports season has started, and with it, girls soccer. Captains Ocea More, Cloe Bolen, and Marisol Segura help lead the team with coach Gerald Stuart.

Last season, the team made it to the playoffs for the first time in 14 years.

“The team is really confident for the season…I’m looking forward to hopefully doing as good as we did last year,” says co-captain Cloe Bolen.

With a new lineup of games due to a region change, the girls are looking forward to battling it out against different schools and making it to the playoffs once more.

Here are their games for the rest of the semester:
Playing at home against Casa Grande on December 15th. This is a varsity only game and starts at 4:00 PM.

Playing away at Mountain Pointe on December 19th. Junior varsity plays at 4:00 PM and varsity plays at 6:00.

Playing in a winter tournament hosted at Independence on December 28th through the 31st.
