To honor seniors, the lights at the McClintock football stadium will shine bright for 20 minutes at 8:20pm (20:20 military time) every night through the rest of the school year.

McClintock High School has been closed through the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year. Arizona Governor Doug Ducey and State Superintendent Kathy Hoffman made the decision to close all schools in the state in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

All school events have been cancelled, including spring sports, concerts, field trips and Prom. A plan for graduation has yet to be determined.

A similar tribute is occurring at schools in Tempe Union High School District, as well as schools around the state.
