30 days of gratitude

Alexis Kunke, Social Media Director

Everybody who has an Instagram can say at some point in their Insta-life that they have come across, or even attempted to participate in, a monthly photo challenge. These challenges provide prompts for posting photos themed for the month; for example, the month of October prompted users to post photos from things like Jack-O-Lanterns to black cats. Yet no photo challenge has ever caught my eye quite like the 30-Day Gratitude Photo Challenge.

Presented for the fifth year in a row by blog PositivelyPresent, this photo challenge turns the month into a month of thanks. Using the prompts provided by the blogger Dani Dipirro, social media users can take this challenge to not only express their gratitude to the little and big things in life, but to open up their eyes to how much they have to be thankful for.

I took the challenge, and now I’m inviting you. Follow the picture prompts and use the hashtag #Gratitude30 when posting. And even if you don’t use social media frequently, take a moment to look at the prompts and reflect on all that you have in your life. Stay strong, stay wonderful, stay you.
