The Maricopa Workforce Connections program is holding several workshops throughout the month of March in conjunction with the Genesis Youth Program.
The workshops are intended to help people between the ages of 14 and 24 to develop some of the skills necessary to enter the workforce. The workshop topics include Career Exploration, Job Applications and Resumes, Interviews and Professionalism, Teamwork and Communication, and will be held from 3pm-5pm on the following dates in March, respectively: Thurs. 5, Thurs. 12, Thurs. 19, and Thurs. 26.
The location of the workshops will be The Tempe Escalante Center 2150 E. Orange St. Tempe, AZ 85281. To register for a workshop, interested persons should text the word “JOB” to the number 602-292-3839 prior to 12pm noon on the day of the workshop.
