A healthy life

We all know that being sad, depressed and lying down in a bed is not healthy for anybody. However,  what makes you have a better and healthy lifestyle is by being happy. When you are happy, everything flows better. You see the world in a different way. You feel like every step you do is like flying among the clouds or whatever comes to your mind. Being happy, is the greatest thing in someone’s life. Of course, it is not a permanent happiness. Sometimes we have to go through problems and face them to really appreciate those moments when you enjoy being alive.

There are many things that make you happy. There are things that might not be important for others, but they are for you and that is what matters here. Of course, when you are happy the most common thing to do is to laugh. Like when a person is in intoxicated merriment, they laughs about anything; when you are happy the same thing happens. Laughter is a way where you get rid of all those emotions that you might not realize about, during your busy day that are bad. Just thinking about laughing now makes me feel like laughing.

Laughter has already been proven as a way to heal and prevent illnesses. I can’t find a way to hate laughing, I just think it is the most incredible thing human beings can have. Laughter helps to lower blood pressure, reduce stress levels, improve cardiac health, and produces a general sense of well-being among other benefits. Besides, it is a fun ab workout.

Now you know that, you can laugh as much as you want every day. Do not be serious, try to be positive and enjoy your day. Do not care about what others say. Be happy, make jokes, turn on your fun side and laugh, because it can save your life.
